Venue and Logistics

The 2024 Triangle Scholarly Communication Institute will be held October 7 and 8, 2024, at North Carolina State University in Raleigh, in the Research Triangle region of North Carolina, USA, centered around the cities of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill, and home to several of the nation’s top research universities and high-tech, pharmaceutical, and “creative class” industries. Raleigh-Durham International Airport (RDU) is at the center of the region, and a short drive from each of the Triangle cities.

The Institute will begin on Monday, October 7, with a full day of panel discussions, concluding around 5pm. It will continue with a half day program on Tuesday, October 8, featuring breakout working groups planning for programs based on topics discussed on the first day. The SCI 2024 meeting venue will be Hunt Library on NCSU’s Centennial Campus. Hotel accommodations will be provided at the Aloft Hotel near NCSU’s main campus.
