SCI will pay for or reimburse costs for travel and meal expenses for invited participants (including participants traveling from outside the United States) for the duration of the program, which will be held in Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. Hotel accommodations will be provided near the program venue.

Participants who wish to add on to their trip for a longer stay in North Carolina or the United States may of course do so, but the Institute can only cover costs directly associated with participating in the program, so any additional travel will need to be at the participants’ own expense.

Participants from outside the United States should review our information for international participants and ensure they are prepared to address any necessary visa requirements or pandemic-related travel requirements or restrictions.
